:: St Patrick’s Day ::
first up… HAPPY ST PATRICK’S DAY to y’all!! yupp yupp… for all of you who didn’t know… today (17th March) is St Patrick’s Day… a day to… er, let me rephrase that… a day for for wearing the shamrock, find a pot o' gold, groove with the leprechauns, drink some Irish coffee and all that… *weak smile* to tell the truth, the significance of St Pat’s Day is totally alien to me… but it’s a special day for me, for a reason that will also probably only apply to yours truly….

This day marks the day (hence after known as ‘the day’) a special someone entered my life… someone who has taught me so much, helped me mature, and has been a constant presence (for the most part, and phone calls count!) in my life… someone who has touched my heart, and has shown me a few of the wonders that one has to encounter in life… both the good and the bad… someone who has allowed me to be the person I am… and has helped me be the person that I can, and will be…

has it been a year already? Time passes so, so quickly… a year (that’s 365 days) has gone in the blink of an eye… wow!

I like to think that in the 300 odd days since the day, I have grown up (even a little) and am on my way to being a better (for want of a better word) person… so on this day… a whole year later, I want to say ‘Thank You’ to that special person that God has given me…
