:: Dimbúlah - Keeps Me Alive :: it's this new coffee that's i've tried frm the chic lill' stand where my new office is (for the ignorent, it's Temasek Towers in Shenton Way), called Dimbúlah - Fine New World Coffee. the Latte is totally yummylicious, and it's just shiok!! Forget that new year resolution of cuttingn down to a cuppa a day... this one is too good to give up!! Why is it so good?? hmmm... perhaps this wld be the answer.... quoted from the back from the back of the cup... Life is too short to drink bad coffee (this is sooooooo TRUE!!) so we did something about it. We developed our own coffee plantation in tropical north Queensland, Australia. Dimbúlah Mountain Estate is nestled in the midst of this perfect environment enjoying growing conditions unequalled anywhere. We selected our plants from the very finest arabicas, and combined ecologically friendly plantation practice with modern technology. The result is a consistently outstanding coffee - mild, with a rich, sweet body, and low acidity. (Now this is the good part!) This Fine New World Coffee is graded on the estate to a quality seldom attained. It is roasted to perfection to our Estate Signature Roast, and served to you according to our 90:30:30 rule. Less than 90 days out of plantation, less than 30 hours from roasting, and less than 30 seconds from grinder to cup. That's how seriously passionate we are about good coffee.
