hmmm... one of my attachment students said to me just the other day...

Supin: you seem happier then you've been in a long while...
Me: really? how so? (it was actually more like, "huh? yah meh?")
Supin: yah... you just seem happier... you smile more...
Me: *shrugz*

come to think of it... i do feel pretty good these days... it's just a general sense of... i don't know... the sun is brighter, the days are shorter.. there's more to laugh at... sigh... it's been quite a while since i felt this way...
